Tarmac is generally cheaper and requires less maintenance than block paving, with no need to weed or re-sand over the years and therefore the most economical driveway solutions available. What’s more, is that most tarmac driveways can be overlaid with a new wearing course which means it is economical and will cause less disruption when replacing an existing driveway.
Block Paving

Resin
Resin bound paving has open voids across the surface, allowing air to flow freely and surface water to filter through the structure, making it highly suitable for driveways, paths, tree pits and areas prone to standing water. The smooth surface, with no loose stones, is ideal for wheelchair access and tough enough to withstand pressure washing. Resin is also one of the most durable materials for a driveway. If properly maintained then resin can last for up to 25 years.
Resin driveways are available in various colours, which is great if you want the driveway to suit it’s surroundings or even to stand out as a feature of the property – you decide!
